Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis to provide accurate project estimates that align with client budgets and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain procurement schedules that synchronize with project timelines, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing and quality, while adhering to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to clarify project requirements and ensure comprehensive understanding of scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a strong technical foundation for estimating and procurement tasks.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in estimation and procurement within the construction or manufacturing sectors, showcasing industry-specific knowledge.
