Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed cost estimates for projects, encompassing labor, materials, and equipment, using specialized software and historical data.
  • Manage and track project budgets, identifying and reporting variances, and proposing corrective actions to maintain financial control.
  • Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all project specifications and client requirements.
  • Oversee project planning and scheduling, creating realistic timelines and resource allocation plans to ensure timely project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, AACE, or equivalent, demonstrating project management expertise.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry, showcasing practical application.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of project estimation methodologies, including cost breakdown structures and take-off techniques.
