Estimation cum Drafman Al REHAB METAL MOULDING LLC

We are hiring an Estimator cum draftman to join our team. A candidate with experience of 1 years or more in Aluminum and Metal Field (UAE) Key Responsibilities: Estimate project costs by calculating material quantities, labor hours, and associated expenses. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather relevant project information. Prepare and submit accurate and competitive project bids and proposals. Check, verify & review all documents, specifications, shop drawings, BOQ. Submittal of cost estimation Preparation of Cost breakdown Cost Analysis Preparation of Quotation for submission incorporates with Estimation Manager with all qualifications, Conditions, Exclusions etc. Prepare shop drawing as per the final BOQ, And material submittals Coordinate with Production Team once drawings are approved and also with the site team to arrange to take site dimensions For awarded projects, make comparison with shop drawing & Tender drawing for finding out variations. If the variation is due to the design changes from the tender stage drawing, Submit variation claims for extra over cost. (It should be incorporation with Design and Project Managers). Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with customer service representatives to gather necessary information for accurate estimation. Review project documents, plans, and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of the scope, requirements, and constraints. Making calls on the leads assigned,Taking follow-up calls from the client Preparing the sales report, Closing the sales with the signing of the contract Excellent English skills required ( Oral, Written), Pro-activeness at work, Pleasing attitude, Willingness to learn
