Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil works
- Review drawings/specs, perform quantity take-offs, and develop BOQs
- Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations from UAE-based vendors
- Prepare technical and commercial submissions for tenders/proposals
- Support project team with variations, re-measurements, and cost reporting
- Coordinate with engineering/procurement to align scope, pricing, and delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years estimation experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, pricing, and procurement/tendering practices
- Proficient in Excel and estimation/take-off tools
- Strong communication skills
Tri Vision E&C is an SME delivering electrical power supply and commissioning projects across the UAE, with a focus on Abu Dhabi. Our clients include Etisalat, The Royal Group, TwoFour54 and ETIMAD, along with other government and semi-government entities.
We are hiring an experienced Estimation Engineer to lead costing for civil scopes and support estimating across MEP where possible.
