Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare accurate project estimates by reviewing technical specifications and drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements.
- Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process and ensure precision.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate terms to achieve the best value for the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or similar credentials are preferred.
- Proficient in estimation software such as Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, or similar tools.
