Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of costs and pricing information to support future estimates and project planning.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast costs and identify potential savings opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed estimation reports to stakeholders, highlighting key assumptions and methodologies used.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the estimation process.
  • Continuously improve estimation processes by implementing best practices and leveraging new technologies.
  • Participate in project reviews and post-mortems to refine estimation accuracy and improve future project bids.

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present information.
