Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced **Estimation Engineer** with expertise in steel structure

fabrication and erection projects. The selected candidate will handle project estimation, cost

analysis, and tendering operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention

to detail, and deep understanding of fabrication and erection workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate

estimates.

- Prepare detailed material take-offs (MTO), labor costing, and equipment utilization

schedules.

- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical clarifications.

- Prepare BOQs, RFQs, cost comparison sheets, and technical bid submissions.

- Evaluate cost efficiency and prepare value engineering proposals.

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project control teams during pre- and

post-bid stages.

- Support management during tender negotiations and clarifications.

- Maintain a database of standard material costs and project pricing for future references.

Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise in structural steel estimation and cost breakdown.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced), and estimation software.

- Strong analytical, mathematical, and presentation skills.

- Excellent coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.

- Good communication and report-writing abilities.
