Estimation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Review tender documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the tender stage.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review tender submissions, cost breakdowns, and project budgets.
• Identify potential risks and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Supervise and guide the estimation team to ensure high-quality work.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and project requirements.
