Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of accurate and competitive landscape construction cost estimates, encompassing all project phases and scopes, from initial concept to final execution.
- Conduct thorough site investigations and analysis to identify potential challenges and opportunities, ensuring realistic and comprehensive cost evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with design teams, project managers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and clarify project requirements for precise estimations.
- Analyze bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other relevant documentation to determine project scope, materials, and labor requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Holds a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in landscape construction estimating, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Demonstrates proficiency in estimating software such as AutoCAD, Land F/X, or similar tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exhibits a strong understanding of landscape construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
