• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for project proposals and execution.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand the scope and requirements of projects.
• Analyze potential risks and mitigation strategies to refine cost estimates accordingly.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and allocate resources efficiently to various project sections.
• Monitor ongoing project costs against the budget to ensure alignment with forecasts.
• Identify and investigate cost variances and suggest corrective actions if needed.
• Provide support in procurement processes by evaluating vendor and subcontractor bids.
• Present cost reports and forecasts periodically to project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage databases and tools for cost estimation and budgeting consistently.
• Participate in post-project reviews to evaluate the accuracy of cost predictions.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of all estimates and cost-related data.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in cost estimation and control roles.
• Proficiency in cost management software like Primavera, Timberline, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost management.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project management environments preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
