Roles & Responsibilities

� WE ARE HIRING — ESTIMATOR / SITE SUPERVISOR (FITOUT) � Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Joinery Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Dubai We are looking for a skilled Estimator / Site Supervisor to join our fit-out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in estimating, project execution, and site coordination within the UAE interior fit-out sector. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate cost estimations for fit-out projects (materials, joinery, services, labor, etc.) • Evaluate material pricing, service pricing, and supplier quotations • Supervise site activities to ensure work execution meets drawings, quality standards, and timelines • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams • Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards • Support project managers with BOQ preparation and variation orders

Desired Candidate Profile
