Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review tender drawings, specifications , and project documents.

  • Prepare setailed quantity take-offs and BOQs.

  • Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs.

  • Request, compare, and evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations.

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.

  • Coordinate with design and project teams during pre-contract stage.

  • Conduct risk assessment and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Support value engineering proposals.

  • Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when required.

  • Maintain updated cost database and market rates.

  • Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Ensure all estimates comply with project scope and timelines.



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out / construction estimation.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE market rates and subcontractor pricing.

  • Proven experience in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation.

  • Solid understanding of tendering and pre-contract processes.

  • Strong negotiation and subcontractor management skills.

  • Ability to analyze risks and propose cost-effective solutions.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Good communication and coordination skills
