Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to clarify project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment on expectations.
- Utilize historical data and industry benchmarks to generate competitive pricing strategies that meet company goals.
- Identify and quantify all necessary materials, labor, and overhead costs associated with projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estimating within the construction industry is essential.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar are highly desirable.
- Experience with both commercial and residential projects, showcasing versatility in various estimating scenarios.
