Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material costs, labor hours, subcontractor quotes, and other project-related expenses, utilizing industry-specific software and tools.
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids, negotiating pricing and terms to secure the most competitive and cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, verify measurements, and identify potential challenges that may impact the estimate.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates a strong preference for candidates with industry-specific experience, reflecting a deep understanding of the nuances of the sector.
  • Requires fluency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Exhibits proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar tools, ensuring efficient and accurate cost analysis.
