Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents meticulously to determine project requirements and scope accurately.
  • Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates, including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs, ensuring profitability.
  • Solicit and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favorable pricing and terms to optimize project costs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers, contractors, and pricing information for efficient estimation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as AACE International certifications (e.g., CCP, CEP) are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a similar role, with a proven track record.
  • Exhibits strong proficiency in using estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite.
