Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Results oriented – a relentless drive to exceed targets and deliver superior

performance in events and lead qualification

• Exceed student qualification and enrollment targets consistently

• Collaboration and teamwork – evidence of working effortlessly with diverse functions

• High organized, disciplined and respectful of others’ time

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to conduct research and gather information

• Familiarity with google sheets, Excel, CRM software and lead management tools

• Understanding of qualification process and how nurture students starting from grade

8-9 onward

• Data analysis and reporting skills to build solid students’ pipeline and conduct post

event debriefing, evaluation and reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a strong foundation for understanding sales and marketing principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role; demonstrating proven ability to identify and qualify leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively; essential for engaging with leads.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development; essential for staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends; enabling the ability to engage with leads and understand their specific needs.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and marketing automation principles; providing the ability to nurture leads effectively through the sales funnel.
