Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are an international event agency specialising in high-level corporate and industry events, supporting clients with concept development, production, and execution an international event agency in a joined venture with a well-established Saudi partner expanding into the Saudi Arabian market, with a focus on delivering high-quality, events across the MICE industry, driven by innovation & technology.
As we establish our presence in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a driven and well-connected professional to help build our network, develop business opportunities, and shape our local operations from the ground up.
To support this expansion, we are looking for a well-connected, entrepreneurial professional who can act as a hybrid between Sales, Industry Relations, and Event Management.
This is not a traditional role — it is an opportunity to open doors, build relationships, and execute events in one of the most dynamic markets globally.
Working closely with international teams, the role will contribute to client acquisition, strategic positioning, and the successful delivery of events, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.
Your Mission
• Act as the local face and representative of our venture in Saudi Arabia
• Drive business development and market entry activities across Saudi Arabia
• Leverage your network to unlock opportunities across corporate and institutional sectors
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with corporate and institutional stakeholders
• Drive business development and client acquisition
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
• Oversee and support the execution of events from concept to delivery
• Serve as the interface between clients, partners, and international teams
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
• Represent the company as a trusted and credible market ambassador
Desired Candidate Profile
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Strong or well-established network within corporate and/or government environments
• Proven track record in business development, client relations, or events
• Proven ability to open doors and build trust at senior levels
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a “build-from-scratch” environment
• Able to combine strategic thinking, selling visions with operational execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Comfortable operating in a market-entry / build-up environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Background
• Degree from King Saud University or an international (preferably European) university
• Experience working with high-level corporate or institutional clients
• Background in event agencies, corporate events, or industry-focused platforms
