Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new event sales leads through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach, focusing on high-value opportunities.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the venue's unique selling points and event capabilities.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and final event execution, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 1- 3 years of proven experience in event sales, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the event planning process, including venue selection, catering, and event logistics.
