Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative event concepts that align with organizational objectives and brand identity, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
  • Manage event budgets meticulously, negotiating contracts with vendors, and optimizing spending to maximize value and stay within financial constraints.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and project plans, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions to keep events on track.
  • Coordinate pre-event marketing and promotion strategies, collaborating with marketing teams to create engaging content and maximize event attendance.
  • Manage event registration processes, including online platforms, attendee communication, and on-site check-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to provide a strong foundation in event planning principles.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in event planning and execution, showcasing a track record of successful event management.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of event planning software, including registration platforms, project management tools, and event marketing platforms.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Exhibits exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
