Role Purpose

The Events Support plays a vital hands on role within Wolfi s Group Marketing Team, supporting the delivery of cycling events, activations, and community initiatives across the UAE. This role ensures the smooth execution of logistics, setup, and on ground operations that bring the Wolfi s experience to life. Working closely with the Events and Marketing teams, the Events Support contributes to growing Wolfi s community presence through organized, professional, and engaging event support.

Responsibilities

Event Operations & Support

Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of Wolfi s events, activations, and brand experiences.

Provide hands on support during event days including setup, crowd engagement, and pack down.

Coordinate the transportation and setup of tents, branding, bikes, and display materials.

Logistics & Coordination

Manage logistics between Wolfi s Dubai locations, KIZAD warehouse, and various event venues across the UAE.

Ensure all event materials, branding assets, and promotional items are organized, maintained, and ready for use.

Support inventory tracking of event stock such as giveaways, banners, and display equipment.

Event Reporting & Follow-up

Assist with collecting photos, data, and feedback following each event.

Contribute to post event summaries to support continuous improvement and reporting.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to ensure timely preparation and smooth execution of activities.

Support cross-functional collaboration between Wolfi s Retail, Racing, and Community teams.

Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years of experience in events, logistics, or marketing support.

Based in Dubai, with flexibility to travel across the UAE.

Organized, reliable, and comfortable with physical, hands-on work.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Interest in sports, cycling, or outdoor events is an advantage.
