Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Event & Production Assistant supports the Senior Production Manager in the coordination and execution of all marketing events, exhibitions, activations, and production-related projects across Reportage Group’s portfolio.
This is a junior-level role, ideal for a motivated individual eager to learn the operational side of event planning and production within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

  • Assist the Senior Production Manager in the organization and delivery of events, exhibitions, and activations, including internal launches, sales events, and property showcases.
  • Support with event logistics such as venue setup, branding materials, giveaways, and supplier coordination if requested by the line manager.
  • Maintain detailed event checklists.

Production Support

  • Coordinate with the Senior Production Manager to ensure materials follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Handle all site production permits in coordination with Engineering and CRM where applicable.
  • Maintain an updated database of suppliers, production houses, and fabricators.

Procurement & Administration

  • Assist in budget tracking and cost reporting for each production job.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow company procurement procedures.
  • Support in compiling post-event reports and evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or production (internship or agency experience is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible to work extended hours or weekends during major events.
  • Passionate, proactive, and eager to learn.
