Purpose of the Job:
To develop, maintain and account manage Aggreko s key Event customers as identified in the allocated area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining existing key Events customers in respect to further growing the revenue by providing either new applications for those existing customers or enhancing on current ongoing Events contracts in conjunction with creating opportunities for attaining new Events customers.
• Identify new territory or market sectors within the Events sphere.
• Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for defining new and exisiting key Events accounts.
• Monitor, control and achieve sales revenue against budgeted targets.
• Ensure all customer required data, opportunty details are managed and maintained in the Customer
• Relationship Management (CRM) system in line with Aggreko s procedures. Review forecast and other sales management information on a monthly basis.
• Prepare Territory Sales Plans (TSP) for the assigned Events as per the territory or market sector in line with Aggreko s procedures.
• Provide regular up to date information in regard to competitor activity in the Events market activities within the assigned geographical territory.
• Proactively generate enquiries from customers, preparing quotations for the work, negotiating contracts and securing orders.
• Monitor and analyse key Event accounts related legislations in order to anticipate potential impacts.
• Conduct presentations of new products to those existing and potential Events customers.
• Promote all Aggreko products and services at all times.
• Ensure the securing of orders complies with the existing agreed credit approved terms as per procedures.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with the appropriate Middle East Sales team and with all the AME Jebel Ali support departments.
• Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities.

Person Specification
• College/Associate's Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Event Industry
• Availability to travel as and when required; seasonal activities will require some weekend work.
• Depot based job but requires frequent visits to the sites and extensive driving
• In depth knowledge in Event Temporary Power Cable and HVAC solutions
