Motivate Media Group is seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Events Sponsorship Manager to lead sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships across our portfolio of high-profile events. These include the What s On Nightlife Awards, Gulf Business Awards, Emirates Women Awards, Identity Design Awards, Campaign ME Conferences, and more.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong event sponsorship background, a passion for events, and a proven track record of securing sponsorships that drive both revenue and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales strategy and execution for event sponsorships across multiple industry-leading platforms.
• Identify, pitch to, and secure new sponsors and commercial partners for our events portfolio.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure delivery of sponsorship benefits.
• Work closely with the Events, Editorial, and Marketing teams to create compelling proposals and packages.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with event executive to deliver the sponsorship agreement.
• Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report performance to management.
• Represent Motivate at relevant industry networking events and client meetings.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 5 years of event sponsorship , preferably within media, events, or marketing sectors in the UAE.
• A strong network of brand and agency contacts in the region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of integrated media and brand activation.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and contribute to a fast-paced team.
• UAE driving license required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events.
