Roles & Responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal use of time. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Act as the primary point of contact between the executive committee and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and messages. Ensure timely follow-up on action items and key deliverables. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Support in project coordination and tracking strategic initiatives. Organize board and executive meetings when required. Anticipate needs and proactively address them.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field from a reputable university.
  • 5 10 years of experience in a similar executive support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
