SUMMARY:
Responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Filing and maintaining office records
Responsible of employees related issues such as:
Facilitating enrollment of new employees process
Registering new employees in CNSS
Controlling and recording attendance of employees as well as monitoring daily time sheets of staff
Carrying out all tasks related to employment termination
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
Scheduling visits of Logistics responsible for clients, suppliers and third party and issuing job orders for him.
Keeping a record of all deliveries(invoices, receipts, documents...), collections(cheques, contracts, documents ) executed by the logistics responsible during scheduled visits mentioned above.
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints (the central phone of the company is the responsibility of the office manager).
Recording office expenditure, issuing purchase orders. Developing office procedures and policies in coordination with the Quality Assurance manager
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
A University diploma in Business is preferable.
A strong sense of organization capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of customer requirements.
