Our client a Group company is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Executive Assistant.
Responsible to provide administrative and secretarial support to the group CEO.
Will handle all matters related to the CEO’S office management, travel management, calendar management, manage the internal budget tracking of CEO Office and ensure smooth running of day to day operations.
Should be Detailed oriented, must have advanced knowledge of MS Office and time management skills.
Arabic or Russian speaking is an advantage.
