Job Description
Executive Assistant to Chairman
To develop and provide a comprehensive organizational, administrative and program support service to the Chairman by proactively overseeing the Chairman s workload and completing tasks as directed by the Chairman.
Main Responsibilities
To provide support to the Chairman in delivering overall strategic objectives.
To provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organising travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence and prioritizing emails for the Chairman.
To work closely with the Chairman and Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials for the Chairman.
To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Chairman s office as and when required
To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
To coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the Board of Trustees meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairman s meetings and any other relevant meetings.
To conduct research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman.
To produce reports for the Chairman as and when required.
To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman.
To provide administrative support to the Chairman in the follow-up and completion of departmental work plans.
To provide administrative support to the Chairman in implementing organizational projects and programmes.
To provide administrative support to the Chairman in the leadership and management of the organisation.
To provide administrative services to field offices such as responding to queries, issuing memos and following up on Chairman requests.
Other Responsibilities
To comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
To hold a valid passport and be willing and able to travel extensively and at short notice.
The flexibility to work additional/out of hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.
To be responsible for health and safety in the area of control and ensure that you are familiar with health and safety at work policy.

Qualification And Experience:
1. Experience of 15-20 Years & Demonstrated experience supporting a chief-level officer of a global public listed company & Preferably Male Candidates
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with hands on experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
3. Good Listener and Excellent Clarity in Communication
4. Planning, organizing and management skills.
5. Open to Travel at short notice within and outside India
6. Self-Motivated and open to accept challenges, Positive & Problem Solving Attitude towards all situations is essential.
7. Having Passport to travel overseas is desirable.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
9. "Always-on" approach to work and your availability
10. Strong attention to detail, meticulous grammar and tons of creativity
11. Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
12. Extraordinary ability to multitask
13. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
14. Positive, "no job is too big or too small" attitude
