Candidate must have minimum 12-15 years of experience with leading hotel/restaurant chain. Must have worked on Indian cuisine, fusion/modern Indian a huge advantage.

Excellent communication skills as will be interacting with guests on daily basis. Great command on cost control, kitchen SOPs, PIC 3 and proven track record in managing a large team.
