Our Client, specializes in a grab and go concept and includes various cuisines ranging from organic salads, wraps and desserts.

Responsible to create high quality eclectic dishes, innovate with existing recipes and presentations in order to maintain standards and consistency of product. Also assist in production and maintenance of par stocks of ingredients and raw materials with proper rotation of products and maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the kitchen.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:

• Manage all day – to - day operations in the kitchen
• Understands and keeps up with new trends. For example, modern salads with barley quinoa, protein wraps, pastas, continental, special diets, gluten free etc.
• Should have experience in menu development and engineering
• Knows how to portion and garnish & improve textures and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting
• Manage the team, guides, motivates and encourages mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
• Contacts suppliers for procurement of raw materials, equipment and machinery complying with quality protocols
• Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to General Manager immediately.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, testing quality of ingredients and Health and Safety standards.
• Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively

Desired Candidate Profile

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
• Has effectively managed Team Members for at least 5 -7 years
• Coach, mentor, train and monitor performance of the Team members
• Experienced in creating menus and works through all departments – Hot & Cold Kitchen and Bakery & Pastry sections.


• Bachelor’s degree in Food Preparation with at least 7-10 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to use kitchen related software and have a good working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong commitment to work, well-crafted communications via email, phone or in-person; must be customer service oriented
• Ability to listen, maintain flexibility, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
• Desire to grow professionally within the company


• Location: Candidate can be located at any geographical location
• Age Group: between 27 – 45 years preferred
