An Executive Chef is needed for a resort and will be handling 3 F&B outlets and 1 banquet hall.
Main responsibilities are:
To prepare and implement menus and specialty dishes for all outlets and banquet events, to provide permanent control of food technology, maintaining standards of food purchasing, preparation, quality, hygiene, sanitation and decoration. To organize and manage daily kitchen operation, prepare budget, verify payrolls, dish costs and organize food storage.
Experience in Lebanese and International Cuisine is a must.
