• 10+ years of progressive experience in Senior Creative Leadership role or a related field.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in developing and implementing impactful business and creative strategies.
• Deep understanding of technology, including AI, AR/VR, interactive installations, and digital platforms.
• Proven track record of leading high-profile creative campaigns that incorporate emerging technologies.
• Strong expertise in creative direction, design, storytelling, and experience strategy.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align creative strategies with business objectives.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire both internal teams and external clients.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies within a creative business.
• Strong negotiation skills for client and partner discussions.
• Humble, approachable, and collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and mutual respect.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to pushing creative boundaries and delivering excellence.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Creative Strategy, or related field will be an added advantage (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
