Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate new business and strengthen relationships with key corporate and institutional clients
  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive portfolio growth and revenue generation
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities across lending, transaction banking, treasury, and capital markets
  • Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and end-to-end execution in coordination with product teams
  • Maintain oversight of credit quality, risk assessment, and client portfolio performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across coverage, risk, compliance, and product units
  • Prepare client pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations for senior leadership
  • Monitor market trends and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory frameworks, and internal risk policies
  • Drive client engagement plans and support long-term relationship strategy
  • Provide leadership and mentorship within the coverage team where required
