Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Leads and develops the Medical Tourism, strategy to attract international patients, expand global market presence, and enhance patient experience.

Benefits A Married Contract is offered to you with all associated benefits per Hospital policy.

Annual leave ticket Round trip Business Class tickets for for you and eligible dependents (Spouse and four children) will be provided upon Annual leave (Saudi Arabia to Point of Origin) and back. No annual leave ticket would be issued on a one (1) year contract by the Hospital

Repatriation ticket Repatriation Business Class tickets for for you and eligible dependents (Spouse and four children) will be provided upon final exit from (Saudi Arabia to Point of Origin)

Annual/ Official leave You are eligible to receive 55 days of paid annual/official leaves per year

Hospital Housing Housing Allowance is 25% of Annual basic salary for employees living off Hospital compound. No housing allowance will be paid to the employee while utilizsng Hospital housing.

Fully furnished Hospital accommodation will be provided for the first 90 days of the contract. Thereafter, Employee will be given the option of renting housing accommodation off Hospital compound. Note, maximum housing allowance paid out to the employee will not exceed one-hundred thousand (100,000) Saudibr>Riyals per year.

Education Assistance Provided for eligible dependents (four children) per employment zone and grade eligibility.

Service year bonus Service year bonus equivalent to one (1) month basic salary is given at the completion of second year contract and every year thereafter.

Medical Care The Hospital will provide medical care to the Employee and his/her eligible dependents in accordance with the Hospital policies and procedures.

Severance Severance benefit is provided at the time of final separation from the Hospital and is calculated on the employees' daily rate of compensation covering basic salary, housing & transportation allowance. Accrual of severance benefit is based on 15 days for each of the first four (4) years of continuous service

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other related discipline is required.

At least fifteen (15) years of related experience with minimum of five (5) years of experience in a large organization is required.

Master s Degree in Healthcare related is preferred
