Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations:
- Manage product uploads, pricing updates, stock checks, and content accuracy across marketplaces (e.g., Noon, Namshi, Styli, Trendyol).
- Work on seller dashboards to ensure timely updates and smooth backend operations.
- Track listing performance, identify errors, and ensure product visibility.
Commercial Management:
- Support daily commercial tasks including price updates, promotions, discount setup, and stock management.
- Understand and work with key retail and marketplace metrics such as:
Average Selling Price (ASP)
Margins
Markdown
Daily sales and sell-through - Assist in preparing commercial decks, weekly trackers, and marketplace reports.
Fashion Product Handling:
- Coordinate with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure accurate product information, size charts, and imagery.
- Maintain an understanding of trends, product categories, and seasonal assortments.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve sales, pricing strategy, and visibility.
- Monitor marketplace KPIs and share insights regularly with the team.
Campaigns & Sale Events:
- Support planning and execution of marketplace events such as White Friday, End of Season Sale (EOSS), Big Deals, etc.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness with stock, pricing, content, and marketing assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with merchandising, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination for product launches, replenishments, and campaign readiness.
- Communicate effectively with marketplace account managers to resolve issues and drive performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations, preferably in fashion retail.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Noon, Namshi, Styli, Trendyol, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
- Prior experience working with fashion, apparel, or footwear products.
- Good understanding of sale-event mechanics and execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
