Job Purpose
The Executive - Exhibitor Services senior member of a team providing a one-stop-shop for all elements of exhibitor/contractors or agents orders before during and after an event. As part of the Venues Services Management Exhibitor Services team, the scope of work includes but not limited to the following activities;
• Marketing & Sales
• Administration / processing
• Invoicing
• Customer Support
Core Duties and Responsibilities
• Contribute to the
yearly sales target by actively upselling and/or cross selling products and
services to exhibitors
• Manage and process all exhibitor orders received
via omni sales channels within 3 working days. Executives are responsible for
the overall work conversions flow ensuring all orders are actioned by the team
accordingly.
• Manage and process all customer communication and interactions including invoicing
(adherence to the company policy on financial transactions). Financially astute, and able to manage the
payment cycle of Exhibitor Services.
• Comply with service
order closure within 48 hours of tenancy end date supported by the upload of relevant
payment backup support.
• F acilitate all exhibit related customers walk-ins
in ESO Shops to ensure that our overall customer service scoring meets the
predefined target.
• Manage all exhibit related customer queries and
complaints ensuring records are maintained via predetermined system. Able to communicate effectively with internal
and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
• Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 3.5 by the end of
the fiscal year through positive customer interaction.
• Demonstrate professionalism and safety habits by
cleaning work areas after completing each daily assignment. Well-organized,
detail-oriented, energetic, able to work independently and be a team player.
• Adhere to the company policy on attendance,
various types of leave and dress code.
Operating Environment-
• Shop based role with constant customer contact
in person and over the phone.
• Shop operating times are 7 days per week including
weekends, public holidays and shift work depending on event tenancy timings.
Most shifts will be required over Fridays and Saturdays as this is
traditionally the build-up days before event start.
• Overtime will be allocated as lieu days dependant on
grade and/or contract.
Formal Education-
• Minimum requirement
of high
school graduate
Work Experience-
• E xperience working in a customer service area with constant customer contact in person and over the phone.
• Experience working in a position with multiple responsibilities requiring frequent transitions from one task to another during the work day, such as: emails, phone calls, in-person customer contact, and coordinating work with co-workers.
• 1 - 2 years preferably in retail sales or Call Centre
sales environment.
Skills and Knowledge-
• Excellent communication skills especially in English, written and spoken.
• Computer literate.
• Preferably Chinese speaker

These trainings will be beneficial but not mandatory:
