SHARE JOB Job PurposeThe Executive - Exhibitor Services senior member of a team providing a one-stop-shop for all elements of exhibitor/contractors or agents orders before during and after an event. As part of the Venues Services Management Exhibitor Services team, the scope of work includes but not limited to the following activities;• Marketing & Sales• Administration / processing• Invoicing• Customer SupportCore Duties and Responsibilities• Contribute to theyearly sales target by actively upselling and/or cross selling products andservices to exhibitors• Manage and process all exhibitor orders receivedvia omni sales channels within 3 working days. Executives are responsible forthe overall work conversions flow ensuring all orders are actioned by the teamaccordingly.• Manage and process all customer communication and interactions including invoicing(adherence to the company policy on financial transactions). Financially astute, and able to manage thepayment cycle of Exhibitor Services.• Comply with serviceorder closure within 48 hours of tenancy end date supported by the upload of relevantpayment backup support.• F acilitate all exhibit related customers walk-insin ESO Shops to ensure that our overall customer service scoring meets thepredefined target.• Manage all exhibit related customer queries andcomplaints ensuring records are maintained via predetermined system. Able to communicate effectively with internaland external personnel, both verbally and in writing.• Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 3.5 by the end ofthe fiscal year through positive customer interaction.• Demonstrate professionalism and safety habits bycleaning work areas after completing each daily assignment. Well-organized,detail-oriented, energetic, able to work independently and be a team player.• Adhere to the company policy on attendance,various types of leave and dress code.Operating Environment-• Shop based role with constant customer contactin person and over the phone.• Shop operating times are 7 days per week includingweekends, public holidays and shift work depending on event tenancy timings.Most shifts will be required over Fridays and Saturdays as this istraditionally the build-up days before event start.• Overtime will be allocated as lieu days dependant ongrade and/or contract.Formal Education-• Minimum requirementof highschool graduateWork Experience-• E xperience working in a customer service area with constant customer contact in person and over the phone.• Experience working in a position with multiple responsibilities requiring frequent transitions from one task to another during the work day, such as: emails, phone calls, in-person customer contact, and coordinating work with co-workers.• 1 - 2 years preferably in retail sales or Call Centresales environment.Skills and Knowledge-• Excellent communication skills especially in English, written and spoken.• Computer literate.• Preferably Chinese speakerTraining-These trainings will be beneficial but not mandatory:• Customer Service• MS software applications• Ungerboeck SolutionsAbout the Benefits:This position offers competitive salary and package which includes: housing and transportation allowance, annual flight ticket allowance, medical and dental coverage, life & accident insurance and retail and leisure discounts within DWTC.
