Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Looking a Logistics Executive in export operations manages the movement of goods from the company to international customers. The role involves coordinating shipping, documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while complying with export regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Candidate must have experience between 5 to 8years
CTC: upto 10lpa
Open Positions : 2
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: Graduation
Coordinate export shipments by air, sea, or land
Must be aware to sale invoice and dispatches
Prepare and verify export documentation such as: Sale invoice /Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading / Airway Bill Certificate of Origin Export declarations
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers
Track shipments and update customers on delivery status
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations
Arrange container booking and transportation schedules
Handle customs clearance and resolve shipment issues or delays
Maintain export records and logistics reports
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and production teams for dispatch planning
Knowledge of export/import procedures
Understanding of Incoterms and customs regulations
Strong communication and coordination skills
