Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Executive – MEP to oversee the operation and maintenance of MEP assets across commercial buildings and retail facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MEP systems, hands‑on FM experience in the UAE, and proven capability in subcontractor management. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  1. Manage day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of MEP assets including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems

  2. Ensure effective execution of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance activities

  3. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, and safety standards

  4. Oversee MEP works in commercial buildings and retail environments

  5. Monitor asset performance, breakdown trends, and maintenance reporting

  6. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, statutory requirements, and FM best practices

  7. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted service delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

  2. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the Facilities Management domain

  3. Strong experience in MEP operations and maintenance

  4. Proven expertise in subcontractor and vendor management

  5. Prior exposure to commercial and retail FM environments

  6. Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills

  7. Knowledge of CAFM systems

  8. Ability to manage multiple workstreams under FM contracts

  9. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities

  10. Client‑focused mindset with attention to quality and safety
