To process clients transaction requests and ensure that accurate and timely service is given to clients queries and requests in accordance with the compliance and ethical rules and the current principles of the Bank.

To work closely with back office teams in order to ensure client satisfaction in respect of servicing and product delivery as well as for problem resolution.

To facilitate all administrative tasks in relation to the daily management of client relationship
Direct Responsibilities
To provide commercial support to assigned Wealth Managers as requested or required by:

Ensuring all requests are properly documented, properly initiated by clients, approved prior to processing through back offices / Advisory Desk / Olympic.

Checking clients signatures and legal documents, clients account balances to ensure there are sufficient funds/securities to cover the various operations.

Ensuring client instructions are carried out efficiently and timely (following up and monitoring the execution of transactions), confirming to clients the execution of transactions.

Ensuring client services are carried out within the policies and procedures of the Bank.

Inputting orders in Olympic (securities transactions).

Sending subscription documents for products and services proposed by the Wealth Manager.

Preparing credit approval requests.

Becoming familiar with the clients of the assigned Wealth Managers in order to better assist them on a daily basis and to meet the clients demands in their absence (with prior approval from the Wealth Managers).

Requesting loan drawdowns and renewals

Assisting in KYCs preparations and reviews along with relevant checks on the client

Assisting in opening of accounts and following up with the relevant parties to ensure a smooth process.

Dealing with all sorts of client requests and inquiries.
To handle administrative assistance by:

Sending the statements on clients requests.

Following up and monitoring the account openings/closings.

Liasing between front office, middle office and back-office

Sending subscription/redemption/leverage documents for products and services proposed by the RMs and keeping a log of any such forms outstanding with clients.
