Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the key press, answers security-related enquiries, performs surveillance at the command centre and operates security systems.
• Oversee departmental operations across the company, ensuring production efficiency and high-quality output deliverables.
• Assists law enforcement, and manages incidents and emergencies
• Supervise the daily operations of staff in-house and outsource to ensure all standards are maintained
• Assisting in handling projects, and providing updates and follow-ups.
• Write reports concerning department activities and submit them to the Line Manager
• Carry out briefing sessions about event information and the scope of work as required
• Assisting the Manager task if any.
• Implement duties in line with the Quality standards, Security, Health & Safety requirements
