Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible to function as the production manager for pastry and bakery products in the culinary Department and to ensure the Pastry and Bakery products in all outlets meet the established standards and specifications and contribute to the profitability in accordance with the standards of Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas and running the pastry and bakery department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production. Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Pastry Chef, or Pastry Chef in larger operation.
