Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and suggest purchase proposal for all material requirements in order to ensure that adequate stock level is maintained.

Ensure the quantity and quality of material received as ordered in order to ensure that there is no stock variation due to short deliveries and quality issues.

Assist in monitoring material movement and carry out periodic stock take in order to generate variance report.

Assist and recommend proper material storage and warehouse planning in order to maximise space and reduce cost.

To ensure that accurate and correct materials are procured/arrange against material requisitions received in order to issue the appropriate materials to user departments.

Assist in Coordination of local deliveries and material movements with in house vehicle fleet in order to ensure smooth material movement and local deliveries to clients.

Record and update all logistical and delivery documentation in order to ensure that updated MIS data is available at all times.
