Our Client is a leading Law Firm with headquarters in Beirut, operating in Riyadh and the UAE, they are currently seeking to recruit a fresh graduate for their branch in Beirut. The Fresh Lawyer will be working very closely with Riyadh office on Saudi Laws.
The executive secretary will be responsible for greeting guests and assisting in meetings requirements, copy, fax sending, typing, editing, time sheet filling for other parties, operator's tasks etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Administrative role
- Diploma, Certificate or Bachelor degree is requires
- Strong communications skills (Verbal and writing)
- Very Organzied
- Strong Ms Office skills (Word, basic Excel, Power Point...)
- Very good command of English is required
