Job Description
Draft letters, memos, emails and any other correspondence and documents in English, Arabic or both.
Prepare and negotiate simple agreements i.e. confidentiality agreements and undertakings.
Prepare and format reports and presentations.
Review and amend Arabic agreements and documents and provide translation of same.
Attend to document and agreement formatting and proof reading.
Prepare execution copies of agreements and documents, including preparing Document Sign Off Sheet and arranging sign off of same.
Assisting in preparation of Board and Executive Committee meetings.
Attend meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings.
Undertake research on counterparties and legal matters.
Enter documents and agreements into Legal Affairs Department registers and such other registers as developed by the Legal Affairs and Services Department from time to time.
Maintain files, folders and filing room in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Liaise with translation companies.
Schedule departmental meetings and any other meetings as directed.
Coordinate departmental leave schedules.
Coordinate and arrange training for all members within the department.
Review invoices issued by external service providers against terms of engagement and liaise with external service providers in the event of any queries.
Attend to filing, photocopying, binding, scanning and faxing of documents.
Organize couriers.
Attend to business travel arrangements as directed.
Provide such other support to the department as directed by the direct report.
