Executive Secretary
Job Functions :
Front desk reception.
Assist the General Manager with HR & Admin matters.
Answer customer inquiries in person, on the phone, online chatting.
Coordinate between various departments, especially digital marketing.
Requirements :
University graduate of business administration.
Excellent customer relations.
Competent user of the computer & Internet.
Experience in a legal translation office preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Salary & Benefits :
Provisions of UAE labor department contract apply.
6,000 dirhams monthly , inclusive of basic salary accommodation & transportation.
