• Handling all paper work related to the Markeing Manager
• Handling all the travel arrangements ( Bookings, ..etc.)
• Filing and arranging all documents and catalogues related to the boss.
• Taking minutes during his meetings with the department (if needed)
• Arranging his meeting schedules
• Handling all phone calls only related the Manager
• Gender : Female Only
• Years of Experience : 4-6 years.
• Computer Skills : Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Language Proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
