Job Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities :
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and daily calendars efficiently.
Coordinate internal and external communication, including emails and official correspondence.
Prepare, edit, and format administrative documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Support senior management in daily workflows, task follow-ups, and decision-making.
Communicate with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor task implementation within assigned timelines and prepare follow-up reports.
Provide administrative support during meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and documentation.
Requirements :
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous experience in executive secretarial roles or administrative support positions.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Ability to work professionally with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
