Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure all activities follow internal governance policies and external regulatory requirements.
2. Manage public relations for the Group CEO engagements.
3. Support the planning and documentation of Board and Committee meetings across the Group and its Subsidiaries.
4. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align messaging across all channels.
5. Facilitate communication between the Group CEO office and various organizational departments.
6. Coordinate with legal, compliance, and executive teams on sensitive communications matters.
7. Coordinate logistics for the Group CEO appearances at conferences, panels, and speaking opportunities.
8. Manage protocol requirements for the Group CEO meetings with external/internal dignitaries and officials.
Key Accountabilities
1. Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
2. Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
3. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
4. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
5. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
6. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
7. Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
Professional certifications are preferred
Knowledge and Experience
3 + years of experience in public relations, executive communications, or media relations, preferably in a capital markets, government, or financial services environment. Understanding of the financial sector and capital market dynamics.
