Job Description :
Requires an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues etc. to aid executives
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and
executives, committees etc.
Well versed with MS Excel.
Good typing speed.
Minimum one year experience in the same field.
Good communication skills.
