All incoming and outgoing communication with both the organizer and the exhibitors / Provide a high standards client service / Checking and managing the floor plans and the exhibitors lists / Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts / Contact and coordination of the design department with the production department, suppliers and technicians / Suppliers’ quotations / Supervising of the onsite operations.
