Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant in UAE.
Ã¢Â€Â¢ Manage upkeep of all the conference rooms, and handle conf room bookings independently.
Ã¢Â€Â¢ Manage executive visits to the site Coordinate logistics, travel plans and local meetings.
Ã¢Â€Â¢ Organize events locally build contacts, understand the various elements to organize an event, negotiating with the vendors, invoicing process, raising a PO, submitting bills and requesting approvals on the tool.
Ã¢Â€Â¢ Vendor management, including but not limited to stationery, purchases, consumable supplies and liasing with local teams.
Ã¢Â€Â¢ Graduate holder.
Ã¢Â€Â¢ Good communication skills.
Ã¢Â€Â¢ Minimum one year experience in the same field.
Ã¢Â€Â¢ Proficient in MS Office.
